Senior Living Alliance

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 30, 2026

Senior Living Alliance (“Senior Living Alliance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) partners with senior-living communities to gather unbiased resident and family feedback. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to the surveys and communications we conduct on behalf of partner communities.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

  • Contact information — name, phone number, email address, and your relationship to a resident (e.g., resident or responsible party).
  • Community and survey information — the community you are associated with and the feedback, ratings, and comments you choose to share during a survey.
  • Communication records — records of calls and text messages, including consent, scheduling, and opt-out preferences.
  • Website usage — basic technical data such as device and browser information when you visit our website.

How We Use Information

  • To conduct resident- and family-satisfaction surveys for partner communities.
  • To share aggregated and individual feedback with the applicable community’s leadership.
  • To send you follow-up communications you have agreed to receive, such as a link to leave a public review of your community.
  • To respond to your questions and provide support.
  • To operate, secure, and improve our services, and to comply with legal obligations.

SMS / Text Messaging

With your consent, Senior Living Alliance may send you text (SMS) messages related to your survey experience — for example, a one-time link to leave a public review of your community, or a reply from a member of our team about your feedback.

How you opt in. You provide consent to receive text messages by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted — for example, verbally during a survey call or through a form. We only text individuals who have agreed to receive messages.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and is low; messages are typically sent only in connection with a survey you participated in.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-out and help. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message; we will stop sending you texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at contact@seniorlivingalliance.com.

No sharing of mobile information. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent (opt-in) with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in information is used solely to deliver the messages you have agreed to receive.

How We Share Information

We share survey feedback with the partner community it relates to, and with service providers who help us operate our services (such as telephony, messaging, and hosting providers) under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or the safety of others.

We do not sell your personal information, and — as noted above — we do not share mobile opt-in information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Security and Retention

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, and we retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.

Your Choices

You may opt out of text messages at any time (reply STOP), and you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You may also ask not to be contacted for future surveys.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above.
