These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services of Senior Living Alliance (“Senior Living Alliance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the resident- and family-satisfaction surveys and related communications we conduct on behalf of partner senior-living communities. By using our services or agreeing to receive communications from us, you accept these Terms.

Our Services

Senior Living Alliance partners with senior-living communities to collect unbiased resident and family feedback and to share that feedback with the applicable community’s leadership. We may contact you by phone and, with your consent, by text message in connection with these services.

SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

By providing your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted, you consent to receive text (SMS) messages from Senior Living Alliance related to your survey experience — for example, a link to leave a public review of your community, or a reply from our team about your feedback.

  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies and is low; messages are generally sent only in connection with a survey you participated in.
  • Costs. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Opt out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will not send you further text messages.
  • Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at contact@seniorlivingalliance.com.
  • Carrier disclaimer.Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability.
  • Privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with their operation or security, or to misuse any feedback, communications, or data made available to you.

Intellectual Property

The Senior Living Alliance name, logo, website content, and survey methodology are owned by Senior Living Alliance and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Senior Living Alliance is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services or from any communications sent under these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
